These public terms summarize expected use of the Verion platform, public website, Portal, and product workspaces.

Platform access

Users access Verion through Portal and enter product workspaces according to permissions, subscriptions, and workspace boundaries.

Acceptable use

Users must not misuse the platform, bypass security, upload unauthorized data, disrupt service operation, or attempt to access another tenant.

Product boundaries

Verion is the platform brand. Product workspaces such as Verion Accounting operate within the Verion ecosystem and may have workflow-specific controls.

Customer data

Customers are responsible for entering accurate business data and ensuring they have authorization to process uploaded or submitted information.

Support and changes

Verion may update public pages, product surfaces, and operational processes as the platform matures, with controlled release discipline.
